Understanding the objective
Understanding the objective
The objective of quantum brain training is restoring and sustaining an empowered state of mind.
An empowered state of mind is an intelligent energy state where you have brainpower, which is the energy and intelligence to solve problems that upgrade your life.
A disempowered state of mind is a low-intelligent energy state where you lack brainpower, which will make it difficult to manage your life and realize your power to solve any problem.
When faced with any difficult problem in life, your brainpower enables you to be neutral, increase awareness, make realizations, develop strategies, and take action, to overcome them.
This is what being in an empowered state of mind is all about - taking responsibility for problems in your life, embodying your power to solve them, and taking actions to create the life you want.

Have you ever reflected on a situation or an area in your life that you really wanted to improve, but then, all of a sudden, your energy drops, you can't solve the problem, and you feel powerless?
You are either a damsel in distress, playing the victim of your problem, or a knight in shining armor, pretending the hero of a problem you haven't actually solved on your own.
This is what a disempowered state feels like to be in - it sucks and feels inauthentic.
If you reflect on a situation and your mind is disempowered, you lack brainpower for this situation.

If your mind is disempowered while trying to improve a situation, your brain will search for ways to alter your state of mind, to get brainpower - energy and intelligence to solve the problem.
However, this energy and intellience will come from sources outside yourself, which seems like is brainpower and is helping at first, but it isn't and in the long run only disempowering your mind.
When your brain finds a way to alter your state of mind, it is not empowering you, it is not getting brainpower, but is trying to escape your shitty state of mind, which is actually impossible to do.

There is only one way to source your own brainpower, and this is by converting the information overloading your brain, back into your brainpower.
Sleep is the natural process for this; however, if your brain is overloaded, it will be difficult to get good quality sleep, creating a rather impossible situation.
This is where quantum brain training comes in as the solution to overcome the impossible.
You can increase your brainpower, by reflecting on what is disempowering you, and converting the information overloading your brain, into your energy and intelligence, using the breath.
Once there is less information overload, and you have more brainpower, this will re-empower your state of mind, enabling you to take responsibility for your life and solve what is holding you back.

Redefining information overload
Redefining information overload

In a session, once you convert enough overloaded information into brainpower, your mind enters this intelligent energy state that you will never want to leave.
This is because having a surplus of brainpower and being in empowered state of mind is awesome, and is where your brain wants to be, to create your desired reality.
However, while the sessions are effective for restoring an empowered state of mind, it is still not enough on its own to sustain brainpower, without some additional measures.
To maximize your results from the sessions, it is important to take steps to learn what the deeper causes of information overload are, and take responsibilty to sustain your brainpower.

So… what is information overload really?
So… what is information overload really?
Information overload is generally thought of as the stress we all go through from dealing with more information than our brains can manage.
The solutions are pretty straightforward: step away, take breaks, reduce clutter, re-evaluate your priorities, limit data consumption, and practice mindfulness.
These are good solutions; however, they only address the information overload that comes from an exposure too much verbal information such as the news, workload, and social media.
Information is far more complex than this, and information overload goes far deeper than this.

Not only are we being exposed to too much information on a daily basis, but information does not simply go away once we are no longer around it - it is actually stored in memory.
Memory is not just stored in our brains through changes in neurons and their connections, but also has a definite physical structure, where our brains store all of the information of our memory.
And our brains are not just accumulating vast amounts of verbal information, but also storing vast amounts of non-verbal information from various sources that is imperceptible to our senses.
The deeper level of constant information overload that everyone is going through, is an excessive accumulation of unhealthy information overloading their brains and disempowering their minds.

Healthy vs unhealthy information
Healthy vs unhealthy information
What determines if the information your brain accumulates is healthy or unhealthy is not what you think - it is the energy and source of the information.
Healthy information is your information (you are the source), and has your energy that you have generated by taking action, exploring new things, and learning hands-on.
Unhealthy information is sources of other information and does not have your energy, generated from external sources such as chemical, emotion, and social information.
Healthy information is your brainpower that empowers you; while unhealthy information is an alternate source of energy and intelligence your brain tries to get, that disempowers you.

What is a data network?
What is a data network?
To store and organize information in your memory, your brain uses a system called a data network.
Your brain has created millions of unique data networks to store and organize the information that is connected to every noun and verb in your life.
Everything - a place, a person, an object, an action, a routine, a business, a relationship, an idea, etc. - has its own network that stores organized information in it.
The amount of healthy information within a data network determines how much brainpower it has, which in turn generates your state of mind as you focus and reflect on that thing.
As you focus on different things, your brain uploads the data networks connected to these things into your working memory, to generate your state of mind: your mood, energy, and intelligence.

As you continue to focus on something in your working memory, your brain accumulates more information in the networks connected to that thing, but requires brainpower to do so.
Healthy information already comes with brainpower; but unhealthy information does not come with brainpower, so to store unhealthy information, your brain has to convert some of yours.
So even as you get energy and intelligence from something else, your brain has to use up your own brainpower - your own energy - to store this information from other sources, and be able to use it.

As a result, gradually, as the unhealthy information within a data network increases, the amount of brainpower in that data network decreases, from being used up to store unhealthy information.
As unhealthy information accumulates in a data network, the data network runs out of capacity, becoming 'full', and runs out of brainpower, becoming a non-functional data network.
If you go to focus on a situation, and your brain loads up non-functional data networks into your working memory, this will overload your brain, generating a disempowered state of mind.
You can tell you've loaded up non-functional data networks if you don't have energy, it is a struggle to get stuff done, you find it difficult to receive information, and you want to escape your reality.

Technology has significantly improved the quality of our lives but has also significantly increased the amount of unhealthy information our brains are forced to accumulate.
Our brains are accumulating a lot unhealthy information from modern technology, such as smart phones and AI, that gives us nearly instant access to massive amounts of verbal information.
Our brains are also accumulating lots of unhealthy information, in a non-verbal format: from our toxic food, water and air supplies, from EMFs, and from various intense pressures placed on us.
Since the human brain has not evolved to handle this much information, and it is consuming our brainpower without much returned from sleep - everyone is struggling with information overload.

Why We Inevitably Lose Passion
Why We Inevitably Lose Passion

When you first start something, such as a new relationship, your brain creates a new data network that has a surplus of brainpower.
You have already heard yourself, or someone else say something along this line before: ‘I wish I could go back to the magic, or how this used to be’.
What we are reminiscing on, is that empowered state of mind in the beginning, when the network for that thing was first created, and it had capacity and functionality.

In the beginning of a relationship, there is always a lot of energy and passion.
You are spending a lot of time together, exploring new things, and learning everything you can about each other.
This is because the network for this relationship is functional, which generates an empowered state when your brain loads it up into your working memory.
However, as a relationship progresses, its network inevitably accumulates unhealthy information, causing the network to run out of space and lose brainpower, becoming non-functional.

However, as a relationship progresses, its network inevitably accumulates unhealthy information, causing the network to run out of space and lose brainpower, becoming non-functional.
Now, instead of being open to each other’s perspective, you resist it and try to force yours, causing arguments and emotional blowouts.
Instead of seeing each other with new eyes, you already know them — you no longer have capacity to take in new information, leading to expectations.
Instead of wanting to spend every waking moment together, you now need space from each other, and when you are together, it’s hard be present and in the flow.

Instead of wanting to spend every waking moment together, you now need space from each other, and when you are together, it’s hard be present and in the flow.
This happens, unfortunately, as a result of brainpower decreasing in this relationship network, as it accumulates more unhealthy information.
Because you are still active in this relationship network, your brain will control you with a directive, to try to acquire brainpower, putting you in a disempowered state.
Now you can’t be around this person unless you are high, or validated by other people, or occupied by some fantasy or alternate reality you think you are getting energy and intelligence.
Acquiring brainpower also means conserving what little brainpower you have left, so now you do less of the things you used to do — just the bare minimum to keep things from falling apart.

Networks and information transfer
Networks and information transfer

This decline in energy and loss of passion doesn’t just happen in relationships, but in businesses, friendships, families, goals, projects, life — all data networks.
One of the things that can be done, when a data network has run out of brainpower and becomes non-functional, is simply abandon the data network and start up a new one.
It is easy to abandon a network if it is something small, like abandoning a treadmill; however, it gets complicated, if it is something bigger, like abandoning a long term relationship.

Abandoning one thing to start a new thing does not mean that the new network replaces the old, although it will feel that way at first, since new networks start with more brainpower.
If the new thing is associated with the previous thing, the unhealthy information from the previous network transfers to the new network, depleting it of brainpower and functionality, even faster.
This is how we can gravitate to the same chaotic relationships: the non-functional data networks connected to previous relationships transfer the unhealthy information to new relationships.

As a non-functional data network loses more brainpower, and is still accumulating information, it will eventually go into a brainpower deficit, generating a destructive state of mind.
This is much more severe than a disempowered state.
At this point, escaping reality is not enough, reality needs to be destroyed (yours and others), and the brain needs to now merge this network with others to get brainpower.
For example, if your business network has an brainpower deficit, your brain will merge it with another network that has brainpower in it, such as your relationship network.
Merging networks is a way to increase your own brainpower, but the entanglement causes anxiety, confusion, hypersensitivity, emotional instability and disconnection from your boundaries.

Have you ever met someone, and felt all of this energy and potential at first connecting with them, but then afterwards, felt lost, unstable and burnt out from the experience?
This is because your networks merged together, which feels like you are getting more brainpower, but in actuality, it is not possible to get brainpower from any other sources but your self.
Merging with that person’s networks is your brain forcing you to transfer energy and intelligence, from their network to yours, which then requires that you exhaust more of your brainpower.
The brainpower you feel at first comes from the merge, increasing the potential of what you could do, but what will remain afterwards, is the brainpower available for what you actually can do.
So when you go to take action, with all of this potential, but your networks are actually in a deficit brainpower, you will generate a destructive state of mind, causing anxiety, meltdown, and burnout.

Our networks merge and transfer unhealthy information between us, as we talk with each other, and also at a much faster rate through touch, especially from sexual intimacy.
In a relationship, if one person’s networks are in a brainpower deficit and the other’s is in a surplus, merging causes everyone to increase their potential but lose brainpower.
In this dynamic, one person will feel like they cannot live without the other person, and the other person will feel like they are losing themselves after every physical interaction.
The relationship will inflate with all of this potential of what they could be, do or have, but without the actual brainpower to fulfill this potential, their relationship will depress.
As they both continue to merge data networks, their bodies will begin to resent each other, forcing them to cut off connection to the sensation of touch, to reduce information transfer.
Sadly, because of quantum mechanics our brain uses to manage the information stored in our memory, the closer we try to get to each other, the further we are pushed apart and separated.

Reconciling your data networks and sustaining your brainpower flow
Reconciling your data networks and sustaining your brainpower flow

It is inevitable that at some point your data networks will become nonfunctional, putting your mind in a disempowered state as you focus on improving them.
Unfortunately, since the brain goes right into escape mode when overloaded, we often don’t realize that we are in a disempowered state until something crashes.
The good news is you can restore your state of mind back to an empowered state, by converting information accumulated in your data networks back into brainpower.

The first step in this is to support your brain by helping it accomplish what sleeping is supposed to: convert information back into your brainpower.
The breath sequences run this conversion process, which deactivates the directives guiding you off-center, and increases your brainpower, restoring empowerment.
The sessions are designed to facilitate a deeper process into this conversion, to reconcile your non-functional data networks that are information overloaded and merged with others.
There is no way to stop your brain from accumulating more information, but you can sustain your brainpower, by doing things and make lifestyle changes to reduce information overload.

Inside the session, the breath is used to reflect on your working memory - within the last 3 - 5 days - to convert as much unhealthy information to brainpower in your data networks.
But the session doesn't end there; once you have restored an empowered state, it becomes easier to detect bigger problems you couldn’t before, because you have more brainpower.
Detecting bigger problems is a good sign, but your brainpower will drop to a disempowered state.
When this happens, your brain will issue a directive to alter your state of mind by looking for energy and intelligence outside of yourself - addictive chemical, emotion and social information.
While chemical, emotion and social directives provide temporary relief and resolve, in the long run, this information is distorted, the energy is unstable, and its trajectory will take you off track.
Until you can meet again for another session, it is important to keep your state of mind empowered by doing breaths, and nipping them in the bud, the moment a problem triggers a directive.

You will notice that spiritual people who are constantly engaging in high vibrational stuff, they are aware of the potential world they could live in, but fail to take action to make it an actuality.
Then they resent other people, blaming others for not being conscious why they can't progress or make changes in the world, while their own bodies are breaking down from consciousness.
Developing higher senses means your senses are picking up more information, and increasing consciousness, and with that your brain is accumulating unhealthy information at a higher rate.

Eat meats from ruminants to keep your brain stable
Ruminants are animals that have four-chambered stomachs, such as cows, elk, buffalo and lamb.
Their stomachs enable them to break down the unstable, high-energy from plant food into stable, low energy, providing meat that keeps our brains stable and functional.
What you comsume determines the quality of your information that your brain will upload in your working memory, determining your state of mind for the next several hours.
Even while non-functional networks are loaded up in your mind, eating a ketogenic meal gives your brain more stable energy, preferentially loading up higher quality information.
Stable, low-energy (dense) is the key to higher quality information, coming from ruminant meats.
The sugars and carbs from milk, fruits, nuts, grains and starches gives your brain unstable, high energy, causing it to load up lower quality information and generating a destructive state.

If notice your mind is sped up, unstable, destructive, and negative and traumatic memories, it is most likely from eating carbs and sugars that uploaded these networks.
If you have brain damage, hypersensitivies, or auto-immune issues, you lower your amounts of carbs- especially with auto-immune issues, as they are linked to childhood trauma.

Move your body and build intelligent muscle
Move your body and build intelligent muscle
Being physically active, exercising, and building muscles will generate healthy information and also increase your brainpower.
Building intelligent muscles requires engaging in more dynamic or functional movement, such as dancing or rock-climbing, and not just repetitive movement, such as bodybuilding or jogging.
It is important to not overdo it exercise, as this can increase pressure, which is counterproductive to the intention and only accumulating more unhealthy information that will overload you more.

Focus on productive and functional data networks
Focus on productive and functional data networks
Although nonfunctional data networks are inevitable, you can choose which networks you want to load up into your mind, by choosing time-relevant goals to focus on.
Unless you are already in a nonfunctional network, it is not a good practice to load one up in your mind to try to improve it, especially if it puts you in a destructive state.
This is a common strategy with healing: pulling up past traumatic memories, excavate negative emotions and release them with the intention to shift your perception and heal.

Releasing emotions can be beneficial in the short term, to release the pressure on the brain.
However releasing emotions does not convert the information into brainpower, so the pressure that was released, will gradually return as the emotions recharge in the information.
Since the emotions are released from the information, but the information is not converted into brainpower, you lose out on the benefit of increasing your energy and intelligence.
This creates an addictive hamster wheel of building up pressure and releasing it - it never ends.
It is similar to getting a massage to release pressure from your muscles: you feel great, but then the pressure rebuilds in your muscles, so you keep returning to get more pressure released.

There is nothing wrong with releasing emotional pressure with massages or healing therapies, but it is a short term solution, only releasing it, to build it up later.
The long term solution is focusing on activities that don’t pull up destructive information and build emotional pressure in the first place, so you don’t have to keep releasing it.
The best networks to focus on are the ones in your working memory, relevant to your life and goals, such as your health, goals, fitness, business, passions, and close relationships.
Focusing on these netowrks and increase your brainpower will not only improve the quality of your life, but also support your brain in healing traumas and resolving the past, as you sleep.

Regulate and improve your cortisol levels
Regulate and improve your cortisol levels
When you get burnt out from information overload, this dysregulates the body’s cortisol-response system, compromising your energy level and sleep.
While brain training sessions are effective at converting information overload, it is not enough on its own to regulate your cortisol levels, to fully address burnout.
Elevated cortisol levels will not only compromise your energy level and sleep, but will also reduces the power and effectiveness of doing the directive breath sequences.
To regulate your cortisol levels, along with the previous tips, it is also imperative to support your adrenals, stabilize your nervous system, and continously detox from toxins and parasites.

In addition, do natural face lift sessions
In addition, do natural face lift sessions
The natural face lift is not just a beauty enhancement.
The deepest layers of memories are stored in the face: years of networks in different areas of your life that have run out of brainpower, forcing you to dissociate from reality.
Due to lacking the brainpower to ‘face’ these areas of your life, the memories of these problems have been stored deeper in your body, numbing and cutting off your sensation.
The effectiveness of the brain training sessions, is determined by the primary intelligence of your sensation - the ability to feel into how much a problem is actually affecting you.
Painful sensations and memories are difficult to get into - and this is one of the powerful benefits, besides enhancing the beauty and appearance of your face, is the natural face lift.
This is a session to naturally lift the energy in your face, enabling you to face yourself and build a better relationship with your body, to have more integrity with your inner and outer beauty.

Have compassion with yourself
Have compassion with yourself
The most important above all is to remember having compassion for yourself.
The information overloading our brains is not our fault, but it is our responsibility.
Burnout can slow down progress, but rushing your progress can also cause burnout.
The idea is to give your brain a chance to recover and catch up to what it hasn't processed in years.
Congratulate yourself - by committing to training your brain, you are among the few who refuse to be a victim and settle for the limitations our information-overloaded world has placed on you.
With every breath you do, you are instead making the choice to embody the master of your reality.
