The objective of quantum brain training is restoring and sustaining an empowered state of mind.
An empowered state of mind is a high energy state where you have brainpower, which is the energy available to manage and upgrade your life.

However, as a relationship progresses, its network inevitably accumulates unhealthy information, causing the network to run out of space and lose energy, becoming unhealthy.

It is easy to abandon a network if it is something small, like abandoning a treadmill; however, it gets complicated, if it is something bigger, like abandoning a long term relationship.
