Data networks contain quantum units of information called quantum bits, or bits for short.

Each bit is responsible for a task that is within a routine: for example, a bit in a morning routine for work might be the event of making a cup of coffee or getting some content writing done.

Routines drive long term success, but also lead to burnout, due to default mechanics our brains use to manage the information stored in our memory.
